About the Role

Utility Saving Solutions in Peachtree Corners, Ga is seeking a Business Program Manager to implement processes, tools, and structures to support company implemented programs. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate supervisory skills with diverse teams consisting of mechanical contractors, utility companies, internal/external partners that are geographically dispersed nationally. The Business Program Manager will manage, support, and mentor teams of specialists and customer service agents (direct reports and scope of responsibility will average 40-60 personnel) in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and support operations required to implement the organizational program strategy

Responsibilities

Oversee existing programs and drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives.

Monitor the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base.

Conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance.

Develop and improve business processes to increase the efficiency of the organization

Use customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new approaches and value added.

Builds and develops effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and training.

Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic or high-value sales.

Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Track key performance metrics across the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
1 - 3 years supervisory experience
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
Optimistic attitude with ability to build positive relationships with their staff and offer guidance
Excellent communication skills with active listening ability
Organization Skills
